CrossFit is for anyone who wants to improve their fitness and have fun doing it.
Our coaches can tailor the daily workout to suit your fitness level and goals, from 5-95, CrossFit can be for you!
Our monthly membership is $85 + tax. This gets you an unlimited amount of classes every month, access to our coaches, and unlimited open gym time!
Our class schedule Monday to Friday is:
- 6am CrossFit
- 10am CrossFit
- 12pm CrossFit
- 4pm CrossFit Teens (12-15)
- 5:30pm CrossFit
- 6:45pm CrossFit
And we have open gym between all those classes!
We also have a Saturday Partner workout at 9am and 10:30am!
During each class the coach will lead you through a warm up, strength work, and than a conditioning workout. Throughout the entire hour our coaches will be providing feedback to help you move as safely and as effectively as possible.
